I'm surprised you didn't mention the frequency of emails. I am amazed at companies that require an email address for an online order and then proceed to bombard me with daily emails trying to sell me more. If I buy one flannel shirt, I am not likely to need 365 articles of clothing. l think too many marketers fail in the frequency category. Thanks for a good article!
