In contrast to most of the comments, I don't worry about this. I am fully aware of my rights, but I try to pick my battles. I have so much I want to do with my time here on earth that I can't be bothered. Many people do not understand copyright and intellectual property rights, so, at most, I might send them a note that I am happy to share my work, but prefer a "heads up" etc.
