Nice article, Alyssa. Thank you. I wouldn't necessarily buy a house in my twenties (I'm past that age now!). A person's twenties are quite formative and you may come out the other end very different from how you entered the decade. A house can tie you too closely to one geographic area and be a real pain to unload under pressure. So if you buy a house in your twenties, pick one in an area and with characteristics that make it easy to sell.
