Snacks (Stacy asked) — Eat fresh fruit. Prep fresh veggies and eat them. Add a dollop of peanut butter for protein. Or buy Greek yoghurt in a large container. Snack on fruit mixed in yoghurt. Or use it to make tzatziki (add dill, garlic, cucumber) and use as a vegetable dip. Buy a bag of popcorn (just the plain popcorn kernals — very cheap.). Put in a clean brown paper lunch bag with no season or oil and pop on “popcorn” in your microwave.
